John Hiester is the Founder & Owner of Hiester Automotive Group. He has been a guest speaker at many public events, and is the author of his new book, Why Jacob Matters.

 

He went to school to be a diesel mechanic and realized that wasn’t what he wanted to do for a living. John transitioned into sales in 1986 with the support of his manager who saw great potential and the overall drive that John had.  He was so successful in sales that in 2002 he bought his first dealership, and now owns five locations with over 300 employees.

 

When he’s not coaching kids on the field, he is coaching his employees to be the best they can be.
